The Property
The downstairs living areas make the most of the fantastic coastal views. There is a very well equipped kitchen/dining area – perfect for everyone to enjoy holiday meals together. The garden room has bi-fold doors that lead onto the garden which can be completely opened to allow the outside in – a wonderful space for soaking up the sunshine. The large living room is spacious yet cosy with log burning stove and comfortable sofas – make the most of the 65-inch TV with Sonos Sound Bar and enjoy a movie night together. If the mood takes you, why not host your own pool competition in the Games Room. For those in the group that need to work on holiday, there is a conservatory with anti-glare ceiling windows as well as side window blinds meaning you can enjoy some quiet time away from the holiday happenings.

The impressive Master Ensuite Bedroom has a stylish Boutique Hotel feel with King-sized bed, TV and outstanding views. Open the French doors and head out onto the balcony with your morning coffee to soak up your holiday views. The Ensuite is large, spacious and altogether most luxurious. There is a Twin bedroom over the Games Room with its own bathroom below, and then a Kingsize Bedroom, Twin Bedroom and Bunk Bedroom that sit in the middle of the house with their own Family Bathroom.
There is a good-sized South-facing garden, ideal for the children to run off some steam. The large outdoor dining table and barbeque calls for meals alfresco or just relax with a glass of wine after lunch.

Explore
This Solva Holiday House is situated at the upper end of Solva village, just a stroll down to the harbour. So much to see and do nearby, you’ll never be short of things to explore.

Solva - there is an incredibly good local shop selling everything you need for your holiday meals. There are several cafés, pubs and restaurants to choose from in Solva, including some great local pubs where you can sample the locally caught crab and lobster.

Solva is surrounded by some of the St Davids Peninsula’s best beaches - Newgale and Whitesands are each around a 10-minute drive away. Both are great for having a go at Watersports - why not learn to surf with one of the Activity Companies. For lesser visited beaches, try the pebble beaches of Abermawr and Aberbach further along round the St Davids Peninsula.

Boat Trips are a great way to explore and see Pembrokeshire’s Islands and get some great viewings of local wildlife. Its from St.Justinian’s that the local boat trips leave. You have a choice of trips from here to Ramsey Island. The most popular is the round Ramsey Island trip and this can be organized with either Thousand Island, Vogages of Discovery or Venture Jet – all booking offices can be found in St.Davids, on and around the Cross Square.

St Davids makes for a great day out with its stunning Cathedral and medieval Bishops Palace. There are plenty of shops and galleries to browse as well as some good cafes serving delicious local produce. There is also a supermarket here, a good butcher and deli if you need to stock up.
