Wdig Cottage welcomes you with its charming exterior, a mix of pink lime-washed walls and hanging slates, surrounded by whitewashed stone farm buildings. Inside, you’ll find painted woodwork, cosy furnishings, and a striking red Aga that radiates warmth. The heart of the cottage is the original inglenook fireplace, complete with a wood burner and an antique settle, creating a snug and inviting atmosphere. Climb the stairs, tucked behind original panelling, to find bedrooms with beamed ceilings and enchanting views to the south.
The cottage’s elevated position provides panoramic views over moorland and farmland, extending to the distant Preseli Hills, the cathedral tower and rooftops of St Davids, and as far as Skomer Island and Jack Sound.
