Welcome to The Villa Abereiddy

You will begin to relax the moment you set eyes on The Villa. Its seaside setting and characterful feel create an aura of peace around this home from home. Step inside to find a finely balanced blend of traditional features and modern comforts immaculately presented.

The Villa’s open plan living space has a calming vibe, with colours reflecting the sparkling sea just outside. The bespoke modern fitted kitchen and dining area features a log burner with a beautiful sweeping stone chimney. You’ll find a sunken second living room, also with a log burner for cosy evenings.

The bedrooms are furnished with calm colours and combine this with the quality bedding, you are sure to have a good night’s sleep. There is a double ensuite bedroom in the modern addition and a double ensuite and twin bedroom in the original cottage.

 

Stunning Setting

The location of The Villa is simply breathtaking, perched metres from the glistening blue sea. Watch seals play, sea birds swoop or simply listen to the waves breaking onto the beach just yards away.

Main Lounge – 6 steps down to L shaped Sofa, Log burning stove, TV, DVD player

Bedroom 1 – 6 steps up Kingsize Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom – bath, handheld shower over Small Bath, toilet. Hairdryer
* Take care, the bedroom is in the eaves so low headroom in places. Ensuite Bathroom is also in the eaves – standing room not possible in bath/ handheld shower over bath.
Bedroom 2 – Twin Bedroom, Hairdryer
Bedroom 3 – Double Bedroom with Ensuite Shower Room and toilet, Hairdryer
Family Bathroom – Bath, shower over bath, toilet

Outside

Garden – Terrace and barbecue area with 4 steps leading down to the lawn. Dine alfresco on the outdoor table and chairs. Barbecue provided.

Parking – space and further spaces adjacent to the cottage on the gravelled area.

Heating – Electric Wall Radiators. There is a £50 Winter Fuel Charge for bookings from 30th September to 1st April.

Mobile Signal – If Mobile signal is important to you, please note the property is located in a rural location and at the base of a cove where mobiles don’t generally get any signal. Calls can be made through Wifi calling.
Wifi Speed is 20mbs.
