Carreg Wen
Spectacular 3 Bedroom Coastal Retreat near Solva with Sea Views
Nestled down a quiet track just outside Solva, away from the hustle and bustle, lies Carreg Wen – a lovingly restored malthouse that is now the perfect base to unwind by the sea.
Step into the open-plan ground floor of Carreg Wen, where pale painted beams and heated slate floors set the scene for a charming and inviting atmosphere. The interior seamlessly blends Welsh antiques with modern comforts, featuring squishy linen sofas, local art, and a wood-burner accompanied by a basket of logs for ultimate cosiness. The country kitchen and utility room boast top-notch amenities, including a tumble dryer for convenience after seaside adventures.
Carreg Wen treats guests to a glorious ever-changing panorama of the sea and a sprawling garden perfect for children to play. With the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path just a skip away, guests can embark on enchanting walks along one of the world's best stretches of coastline.
The cottage accommodates a twin bedroom and a family bathroom downstairs, while two fresh lime washed doubles, one with an en suite, await upstairs.
