Mill Lodge was a fantastic property in our top 5 of all the self-catering places we have ever stayed in! A beautiful update of an old Mill building, contemporary and good quality fixtures and fittings, especially liked all of the beautiful artwork. Luxurious for 2 but would have been a nice family break for 4 or with friends as both bedrooms were en-suite. Straightforward booking process, and lovely welcome pack with starter essentials, including some freshly cut flowers, even contacted to say there had been a power cut due to storm Amy, but that power should be on for when we arrived, which it was, but a back-up plan too. Nice location, about 30 minutes walk into Solva, right next to the woollen mill and about 10 minutes drive into St Davids. Thank you for a lovely stay in a beautiful part of the country.

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Middle Mill, just over a mile from Solva Harbour, Mill Lodge is set within the grounds of a former 18th-century water mill. On your doorstep, you'll find Solva Woollen Mill, the oldest working mill in Pembrokeshire. Walk down the Solva Valley to the Harbour front, you can discover a small number of independent shops, cafes and galleries. There are a number of excellent pubs serving locally caught crab and lobster, which you can enjoy from a table looking out to sea. Explore further afield, on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path where you can reach Newgale Bay to the East or St Davids to the West.
