Set right in the heart of St Davids, Britain's smallest city, The Old Grove Bakery is the ideal base for those wanting to make the most of this lively 'village' and this dramatic part of North Pembrokeshire.
Over 200 years old, The Old Grove Bakery offers lovely, comfortable holiday accommodation, with exposed wooden beams, stone walls and lots of old cottage charm.
The sitting/dining-room is a wonderfully inviting room, the large wood-burning stove and central heating ensures The Old Grove Bakery is always warm and welcoming, whatever the season or weather.
The open doorway leads into the lounge and through to the kitchen, all set out for cooking your holiday meals. The spacious Double Bedroom and Bathroom are also on the ground floor.
The Twin Bedroom is in the eaves on the first floor, this bedroom has restricted headroom as it is in the eaves, so please mind your head. There is also a Galleried Reading Area on the first floor, ideal for a quiet reading spot or lots of games and puzzles – take care again as there is restricted headroom in parts of the room due to the sloping roof.
Outside, the patio terrace area is a sun trap and a great spot to enjoy evening drinks at the end of a busy day exploring the delights of North Pembrokeshire.
This central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and with your parking space directly outside the property, life could not be made easier.

Rachel's place was just as it looks in the photos, lovely place. The kitchen was very well equipped, there wasn't anything missing. It was very clean and easy to use. Bathroom, again everything was clean and working great . The shower was hot and had a great flow. Bedrooms - bed really comfy and warm with plenty of space for clothes. Sitting room - my favourite room. We lit the fire and got cosy on the sofas.....again very comfy and so warm. The details were beautiful and placed so to be interesting but not at all in your way. Located in the centre of St Davids, with shops, cafés, local pubs and restaurants on your doorstep, The Old Grove Bakery is perfect for exploring the magnificent Cathedral and Bishop's Palace, and all the city has to offer. Take a 15 minute walk from the High Street to the coast, where you'll find Non's Chapel, the birthplace of St David. From here, you can pick up the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path hugging the Peninsula. Head east to the sheltered Caerfai Bay or west to Whitesands Bay where the Atlantic swell provides the perfect waves for the local surfers. Stay until sundown and you'll be rewarded with a spectacular sunset over St Davids Head.
