Welcome to Hideaway

Relax and unwind the moment you arrive at the Hideaway and gaze out over the tranquil fields towards St Davids, catching glimpses of the Cathedral across the fields. Climb the four stone steps into the beautifully finished, intimate space with all you need for your time out on the coast.

Adjoining Farmhouse Retreat at Clegyr Boia, but completely separate, the Hideaway is a perfectly proportioned snug, which feels spacious yet cosy. The open-plan living area contains a dining table to enjoy romantic meals together before snuggling up in front of the log burner with a glass of something lovely on autumn evenings. Shower off a summer’s day on the beach in the large walk-in shower room and dress to head into St Davids for dinner.

A highlight of the Hideaway has to be the location, which gives the best of all worlds. The serene, out of the way setting is within easy access of St Davids and all it has to offer, while a short walk across the lanes brings you to the coast path at Porthclais Harbour. Enjoy the countryside and distant sea views from the sunny outdoor seating area.

Enclosed outdoor area featuring a bench to soak up the distant sea views, perfect for a morning coffee or evening tipple. Bench table and seating with BBQ area. At the rear of the garden is a gate which leads straight onto the Bridlepath.

The Hideaway is just a 3 minute drive from St Davids or a 20 minute walk. St Davids has everything you need for your perfect staycation.

The centre is bursting with wonderful places to eat, drink and shop, and the coast is only a short drive away where you can enjoy the 189 miles of Pembrokeshire coast path and award winning beaches. Standing majestically at the bottom of the valley is St Davids Cathedral, a must visit while you’re here.

The fishing harbour of Porthgain with its fabulous fish and chip bistro, The Shed, is only 15 minutes drive away.
