If you are looking for a relaxed, convenient base for an adventure on the Pembrokeshire coast, No. 45 is for you. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is within walking distance, as are the shops and cafes of St Davids.
This spacious bungalow has everything you need for a great staycation. The kitchen is well appointed, making preparing a meal after a day out on the coast a breeze. The cosy living room is ideal for cosying up with a book, with your four legged friend snoozing at your feet.
A few minute’s stroll brings you to the High Street, with plenty of independent shops and eateries to explore. Head to the top of the gradual hill to take a turn down to Caerfai beach, or wander down to the majestic Cathedral and Bishops Palace.

No. 45 is all on one level – there are 2 steps up to access the property. Enter the spacious hallway which leads to the living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
There are 2 bedrooms – 1 Double with kingsized bed, 1 Twin bedroom.
The cosy living room with comfortable reclining armchairs leads you through to the spacious kitchen diner.
The Kitchen has all you will need to prepare your holiday meals – gas oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
From the kitchen you can access the sunny patio (down 1 step) with plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy a relaxing BBQ. 2 further steps up lead you to the large enclosed gravelled garden.
A seperate utility room with washer and tumble dryer can be accessed from the kitchen or through front or rear external doors – perfect for sandy toys or muddy boots and paws.

St Davids Cathedral is a must-visit, as is the ruin of the Bishops Palace next door. Here you can immerse in the rich history and culture of this corner of Wales, before heading back up the hill for an ice cream!
Caerfai Beach lies less than one mile away, and is the perfect place to access the 186 miles of Pembrokeshire Coast Path. 2 miles away is Whitesands, a larger beach which is a favourite with local surfers and sunbathers alike.
