Welcome to Puffin Burrow

Sleeping 5 + 1 child, this wonderful getaway is ideal for a family holiday or a romantic couples retreat! And your dog is more than welcome to join you! With bright, clean decor and coastal touches, Puffin Burrow sets the scene for the most amazing stay on the Pembrokeshire coast.

Entering through the front door you will be greeted by a light central hallway with all rooms leading off from here. The super open plan kitchen/dining room is modern and newly fitted with all the necessities, making home-cooked meals a true delight. Throw open the patio doors from the conservatory and enjoy long, lazy meals on the outside dining set or perhaps stretch out on the lawn with a good book. The garden is enclosed and safe for both children and your dogs.

The living room is the epitome of comfort and provides the perfect space for chilling out and catching up after a day of adventuring on the coast. Relax on the sofas by the feature fireplace, catch up on a movie you’ve been meaning to watch, or spend time together playing games from the great selection provided by the thoughtful owner.

Stroll out of the door and in a few minutes you will find yourself on the High Street, where you can immerse yourself exploring this tiny city’s selection of pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries. Walk just under a mile to Caerfai Beach, a fantastic spot whether you want a day of swimming and sunbathing or a walk along the Pembrokeshire Coastpath.

Accommodation

Puffin Burrow is all on one level once inside. NB: There is 1 step up to access the property if entering via the rear entrance. There is a half step available to help ease access.

Ground Floor
Entrance hallway – Enter the spacious hallway which leads to the living room, kitchen/diner, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Lounge – two-seaters sofas and footstool, Electric fire, Smart TV, DVD player. Bench seat for 2.
Open Plan Kitchen/Diner – fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, America fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Coffee Machine (Nescafe Dolce Guesto). Dining Area in the Conservatory with extending Table and Chairs to seat 6. Doors open out onto an enclosed patio and garden. One step down, a portable half step is available.
Front Bedroom – Kingsize OR Twin Bedroom (*please state at the time of booking how you would like this set up). Door to Bathroom
Bathroom – Jack and Jill style accessed via Hallway or Front Bedroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail
Rear Bedroom – Double Bedroom with ensuite Shower Room
Ensuite Shower Room – with walk-in shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail
Rear Single Bedroom – with Single bed. Option of a further truckle bed for child

Outside
Garden – Fully enclosed garden with outdoor table and seating for 6 people. Electric BBQ.
Garage – Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Storage for your bikes, surfboards. Small and Large Dog Crates (sizes TBC). Selection of games for the garden
Parking – Parking for 2 cars on the driveway

Other information
Dogs – Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25 per dog per week. Please refer to the booking terms. More dogs would be considered by the owner. Please contact us to discuss.

Dog Sitting Service – The owner of The Puffin Burrow would be willing to dog sit your dog if you would like to go on a boat trip or out for a meal. Please get in touch if you would like to arrange this.
Heating – Gas Central Heating throughout
Travel Cot and Highchair provided – please request at time of booking
