Maen Dewi Farm is at the end of a private farm lane, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire countryside, just a 5-minute drive to St Davids. The perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – the tranquillity and the dark skies at night is enchanting.

Welcome to Ty Beudy….

Set in the hamlet of Rhodiad y Brenin just 2 miles from St Davids, Ty Beudy is tucked away where peace and tranquillity abound. If you are keen on nature and want to totally unwind, rewind and recharge, then this is the ideal spot.

Open your front door to the welcoming open plan living area where there is everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a well-fitted kitchen, lounge area and wood-burning stove for cosy nights in. Switch off from the world with a good book – it’s so peaceful here.
The spacious bedroom has a Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room. The sofa converts to a single bed suitable for a child up to the age of 12

There is a small, safe and enclosed garden and patio with a BBQ as well as ample dedicated parking. There is also a shared lawn overlooking the Dowrog Common.

 

Property Layout

Ty Beudy is all on one level and is suitable for someone with limited mobility. A ramp can be provided to enable access over the steps to the front door.

Open Plan Living Area

Living Area – Sofa, Armchair, TV, DVD, CD player, Log burning stove, Dining table to seat 4.

Kitchen Area – Electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, door to the rear enclosed garden.

Separate Bedroom – with Kingsize bed, sofa and Melin Tregwynt throws and cushions. Hairdryer

Shower Room – en-suite with walk-in shower and WC.

Garden – enclosed secure garden with BBQ and outside table and chairs. There is also a shared lawn overlooking the Dowrog Common.

Parking – dedicated space to the side of the property.

Heating – centrally heated throughout

Dogs – Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25 per dog per week. Please refer to the booking terms.
