Welcome to Ty Gwyn
Extremely spacious yet warmly welcoming, Ty Gwyn is a comfortable, well equipped holiday home and offers everything friends and families could need for a truly memorable holiday, with the added bonus of private off road parking for up to 2 cars.
Downstairs is spacious with a kitchen/dining room and separate bright sitting room, sunny conservatory (perfect for catching up on your holiday reading). Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms (one with ensuite shower room), a family bathroom and an additional shower room on the ground floor.
The helpful owners live next door and extend a warm welcome, but always respect their guests privacy. The access to their cottage is completely separate but the parking area and steps up to the garden are shared. The garden has lots of room to run around in, and the sunny patio at the rear of the property is the perfect spot for dining on balmy summer evenings with garden furniture and a barbecue.

Open Plan Kitchen/Diner Fully fitted kitchen with induction hob and electric double oven, American style fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar and stools. Dining area with table and chairs and TV.

Sunny Conservatory with seating and access to the garden and patio
Shower Room with enclosed shower, wash basin and wc.
Lounge very spacious and sunny with sofa area, Smart TV, DVD, 2 reading chairs, small desk space and chairs.

Outside – Enjoy alfresco meals on the paved rear patio – Outdoor Dining Table and Chairs and BBQ. Lawned garden to the rear of the property – shared access with the owner via 8 stone steps (no handrail).
Parking – There is private parking for up to 2 cars at the side of the property.
Heating – Gas central heating throughout and electricity are included in the price. Winter fuel charge may apply for winter weeks.
Dogs – Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an extra charge of £25 per dog per week. Please refer to the booking terms.
