Upstairs the galleried first floor luxury double bedroom is adorned with super comfy pocket sprung mattress and crisp Egyptian linens which a choice of pillows. Downstairs the bathroom has a powerful shower, heated flooring and luxurious soft cotton towels.

Heating – Oil central heating throughout control panel is in the owners home.
Dogs – Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are very welcome with a lovely welcome pack for your favourite friend(s). Use of the paddock makes morning walks easy.
Wi-Fi – Ysgol Fach is fully Wi-Fi ready, so if you need to keep in touch with the outside world you can.
Bed linen and towels are provided – please bring your own beach towels.

- This is an Adult Only property – sorry no children or infants.
- Your own transport to the property is recommended, the property has off road parking but is based on the main St Davids to Fishguard Road, so noise of the traffic can be heard.Take care when driving off from the property as the road can be busy.
- If you require a black out type zone to sleep then please be aware there are 3 large gothic windows with blinds but the very top of these arches are exposed.
- The helpful owners live in the main school house which adjoins Ysgol Fach.
